A Centre of Excellence for engine parts repair, ASSB concentrates on repairing high pressure compressor blades and vanes and low pressure turbine blades using the most-advanced repair techniques such as the high-velocity oxygen fuel erosion coating, a thermal process to apply erosion coating as well as automated Leading edge recontouring. We have dedicated and skilled manual grinders to perform work on those critical parts, which are deemed to be near the rejection limit, to ensure high yield serviceability rates resulting in lower cost for our customers.

The company will continue to invest in new technology and new capabilities to grow our product portfolio. ASSB is receiving full technical support from both MTU and Lufthansa Technik to introduce high-technology processes ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
